• Potentially lead an editing team, including hiring and managing other editors

Required Qualifications

• Past experience editing educational YouTube videos with over 100k views
• Experience editing at a high volume of 5+ videos per week
• Fluency in English
• Minimum of 1 year of experience editing YouTube videos
• Deep knowledge and experience in retention editing
