ZeroFox seeks a Field Marketing Manager with a proven track record of overseeing and promoting events (in-person and virtual) that drive demand and leads for the sales organization.
This role will report directly to the Senior Manager, Event Marketing and work closely with territory reps across sales, channel partner, and customer success teams to educate, engage and excite our key accounts and customers through events that accelerate revenue opportunities for the business.

Role and responsibilities
- Manage field marketing execution across high volume small-scale events, promotional campaigns, and webinars, ensuring consistency, impact, and alignment with pipeline and revenue goals
- Develop communication strategy for each event program from promotion to event day execution and post event follow-up
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership and account teams to align field marketing programs to pipeline goals—establish joint planning rhythms, enforce scheduling expectations, and ensure active team participation across events
- Support a strategic six-month planning cycle, applying discretion and prioritization to meet corporate goals and promotional campaign themes
- Adapt marketing programs for channel partner inclusion; identify co-marketing opportunities to grow the partner ecosystem.
- Deliver end-to-end marketing events to create, expand, and accelerate regional sales opportunities by project managing event timelines and logistics (including staffing, swag, shipping, etc.), ensuring every aspect of field events and promotional campaigns are well organized and delivered on time and within budget
- Set clear KPIs and goals for all event programs and regularly report on event performance against goals, highlighting impact to pipeline, lessons learned, and next steps for continuous improvement
- Manage execution of additional event projects as assigned by manager
Success in this role means

- Programs are fresh, creative, and consistently drive high engagement
- Every initiative is tied to measurable business outcomes
- 3-5 years experience in relevant B2B SaaS-based marketing initiatives (cybersecurity and/or channel partner experience is a plus!)
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication to effectively engage with Sales, the Partner Community, and other members of the Marketing organization
- Proven experience working interdepartmentally, specifically with Creative, Product, and Demand Generation teams
- Self-motivated and a self-starter; ability to work autonomously and collaborate with team members and partners remotely where required
- Proficiency in Google Suite is a must; experience with Salesforce, Marketo and/or Outreach is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
