Zoho Developer Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Zoho Developer/Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automations
• Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party tools and manage CRM-related projects across various departments
• Serve as an internal Zoho subject matter expert and provide end-user support and training

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Zoho CRM development experience, including Deluge scripting and API integrations
• Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of relational data models and CRM architecture
• Experience with workflow automation and building analytical dashboards
• Certifications in Zoho CRM or related tools are a plus
