Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic and Finance Advisor I to provide academic and financial support to students throughout their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain student load tasks and perform daily operating responsibilities as assigned
• Proactively identify at-risk students and provide support to ensure successful program completion
• Monitor student academic progress and financial aid requirements, addressing any issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of one year of experience in advising, customer service, or a related field required
• Experience in student services or higher education preferred
• Knowledge of academic practices and financial aid programs in an online environment
• Ability to manage conflict and provide exceptional customer service
