Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to manage and support key financial functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable, including invoicing, client communication, and collections
• Assist in managing and processing vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payments
• Regularly reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting
• Strong familiarity with IT products and procurement processes, particularly within the tech industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid working knowledge of other MS Office applications
• Experience working with AI-driven tools or openness to adopting AI technologies in finance workflows is a plus
