Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Coordinator III - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers purchasing and travel card programs for US and Canadian operations, including processing applications and modifications
  • Monitors transactions to identify unusual activity and conducts audits to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develops training programs for cardholders and prepares management reports on program utilization and compliance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in card administration, accounts payable, or financial operations
  • Knowledge of US and Canadian financial regulations and corporate card program management
  • Understanding of accounting principles and general ledger coding
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
