Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
• Manage revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 and oversee stock-based compensation accounting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and streamline financial reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• 8+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the software or technology sector
• Expertise in financial reporting and month-end/quarter-end/year-end close processes
• Advanced knowledge of accounting software and proficiency with Excel
• Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with compliance and audit processes
