Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting and team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage financial reporting and compliance with accounting practices
• Review and analyze financial statements and metrics for assigned legal entities
• Develop and mentor a team of Early Career personnel while supporting recruitment activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• 3+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
• Managerial/supervisory experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Technical skills to review and analyze financial statements
