Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Bookkeeping Team Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of bookkeepers, ensuring accurate financials and adherence to policies
• Oversee the review of weekly and monthly financials for the team
• Build and maintain client relationships and communicate with clients regarding their financials and business strategy

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an accounting environment
• Technical expertise in QuickBooks Online and proficiency in Word, Excel, and other relevant software
• Demonstrated success in multi-client environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
