• Identify trends and educational opportunities for providers regarding coding and documentation
• Manage personnel and operations within the revenue cycle department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent education/experience
• 5 to 10 years of equivalent work experience with progressive management responsibilities
• 5 years of progressively responsible related work and personnel management in the healthcare industry
