Key Responsibilities
- Obtain, verify, audit, and clear final loan documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Generate and distribute reports on outstanding final documents and participate in status update meetings
- Manage document handling, including processing mailed final documents and corrections
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing or document review
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours if needed
