A company is looking for a Home Mortgage Post Closing Specialist - Correspondent Final Document Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain, verify, audit, and clear final loan documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Generate and distribute reports on outstanding final documents and participate in status update meetings
  • Manage document handling, including processing mailed final documents and corrections
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing or document review
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and document management systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work outside normal business hours if needed
