Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 6 associates to achieve performance goals
- Serve as the primary contact for client escalations, ensuring timely resolution and strong relationships
- Monitor key revenue cycle metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- At least 2 years of experience in medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong understanding of the behavioral health or post-acute healthcare industry
