Operational Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operational Accounting Manager on a contract to hire basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the full operational accounting cycle, including accounts receivable processing and account reconciliations
• Ensures accuracy of financial records, compliance with GAAP, timely application of payments, and integrity of the general ledger
• Collaborates with other teams to exchange information, resolve discrepancies, drive process improvements, and maintain audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience
• A BA/BS in Accounting
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• NetSuite experience preferred
