Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Assistant Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting close process, ensuring accurate financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Lead the development and maintenance of accounting policies and ensure compliance across the organization
• Provide accounting leadership for strategic initiatives, including international expansion and mergers, while leveraging data for actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Active CPA designation
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate and/or public accounting, including public company experience
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading transformational projects
