Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant who will manage complex accounting tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for international entities in compliance with US GAAP/IFRS
• Perform variance analysis on actual vs forecasted results and provide insightful commentary on key drivers and trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the software tech industry
• Familiarity with revenue recognition under ASC 606
• Experience mentoring junior staff and providing guidance
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting across various time zones
