Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal review and investor presentation
• Manage accounts payable, expenses, vendor relationships, and internal controls
• Oversee all accounting and finance-related activities at portfolio companies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP, with experience in transitioning from cash-based to accrual-based accounting
• Proven success in developing and delivering accounting processes and procedures
• Team-oriented with a hands-on approach and self-directed mindset
