Healthcare Revenue Cycle Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Associate to manage denial accounts and resolve unpaid claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and examine sources of denials using knowledge of coding and billing
• Work closely with third-party payers to resolve unpaid claims and prove medical necessity
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality while collaborating with various departments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Healthcare Revenue Cycle
• Extensive knowledge of health insurance, health claims billing, and third-party contracts
• Experience in a specified area of the healthcare revenue cycle for at least 2 years
• Ability to work successfully in a team setting
• Knowledge of legal parameters related to state and federal laws concerning EOBs
