Job Summary
A company is looking for a UKG Payroll Specialist to join their HCM Managed Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and audit payroll for clients, including special projects and year-end audits
- Assist in reconciling payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring compliance with requirements
- Build and maintain client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing areas of dissatisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Experience in multi-state payroll processing with knowledge of payroll tax and wage laws
- Experience working with UKG
- Human Resource and Payroll experience with certifications such as FPC or CPP preferred
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration or Accounting or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines
