Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage multi-state payroll processing and assist with human resource functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation of payroll systems
• Assist team members with labor issues, tax withholding, and new hire documentation
• Maintain compliance with government contract requirements and assist clients with related reporting

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of seven years of payroll experience required
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
• Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and processing job costed payrolls
• Bilingual preferred
