Global Payroll Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Payroll Accountant to manage payroll-related processes and ensure compliance across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the payroll-to-general ledger payroll process across multiple countries and entities
• Post and reconcile payroll journal entries and contractor payments in NetSuite
• Prepare payroll and headcount reports for Finance leadership and auditors

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably in multi-country environments
• Familiarity with payroll for both employees and contractors
• Strong NetSuite skills required; experience with Rippling is a plus
• Solid understanding of GAAP and payroll-related compliance
• CPA or CPP preferred but not required
