CPA Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst, SEC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support all external financial reporting, including SEC filings and press releases
• Assist in the preparation of financial analyses, footnote disclosures, and earnings release financial tables
• Participate in audits and assist with technical accounting projects and research

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with public accounting or SEC reporting experience
• Must possess a CPA license or have a plan to obtain one within three to five years
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting issues
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
