Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist responsible for primary payroll processing and related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of semi-monthly and monthly payrolls, including tax changes and adjustments
- Update, audit, and maintain employee-level payroll information
- Ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and tax regulations
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of payroll processing experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud payroll software, preferably Workday
- Multi-state payroll experience is desired
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and V-Lookup experience
