Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Advisory Manager to lead a portfolio of startup clients and enhance their accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for high-growth startups, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance
• Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, providing strategic insights and scalable accounting solutions
• Mentor and manage a team of Senior Accountants, fostering collaboration and quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience; Big 4 background and CPA/CMA certification are a plus
• 4+ years of experience in corporate or general accounting, consulting, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in GAAP and experience with accounting platforms like QBO and Xero
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and experience in streamlining client deliverables
