Job Summary
A company is looking for an Accounting Services Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform client onboarding in compliance with the Outsourced Finance and Accounting Services (OFAS) standard onboarding process
- Orchestrate and implement new client processes and manage the initial setup of third-party applications
- Manage unexpected client matters and ensure timely delivery of internal and external deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 5-7 years of accounting services experience, including 2-3 years of managing staff
- Proficiency with software applications, including QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office
- Project management skills with the ability to handle urgent client matters
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach
