Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to support their global payroll function.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end semi-monthly and monthly payroll processing across U.S. and international entities
• Assist with validating payroll inputs and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
• Reconcile payroll data and partner with various teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve payroll issues

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in U.S. payroll, with exposure to global payroll processes preferred
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar systems required
• Basic understanding of payroll tax laws and compliance requirements
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and reconciliations
• Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable working with sensitive data
