CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities, including preparation of financial statements and KPI metrics
• Provide technical accounting expertise to ensure compliance with GAAP and manage external auditors
• Evaluate and improve accounting procedures and systems for efficient operations and scalability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's in Accounting or Finance
• CPA license
• 6-8 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in public accounting
• Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
