Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Administrative Representative to support Membership/Contracts functions within a centralized service center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile billing payments and maintain accurate membership records
  • Process member data, including enrollments and terminations, and respond to eligibility inquiries
  • Support sales representatives in resolving membership accounting issues and conduct audits for discrepancies
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency with PC-based computer systems; experience with mainframe applications preferred
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and business needs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively
  • Experience in customer service is preferred
