Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Administrative Representative to support Membership/Contracts functions within a centralized service center.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile billing payments and maintain accurate membership records
- Process member data, including enrollments and terminations, and respond to eligibility inquiries
- Support sales representatives in resolving membership accounting issues and conduct audits for discrepancies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with PC-based computer systems; experience with mainframe applications preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and business needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively
- Experience in customer service is preferred
