Key Responsibilities

• Ensure financial statement balances comply with GAAP & STAT principles
• Supervise a small team of accountants, providing feedback and guidance
• Review accounting entries and ledger reconciliations accurately and timely

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Accounting/Investment Operations with supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Proficient in Excel and understanding of basic accounting principles
• High learning agility and adaptability to new systems and technologies
