Key Responsibilities

- Contact payers for account status inquiries and manage the appeal process for problem accounts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- One year of experience in financial services or healthcare business office required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Prior experience with healthcare computer systems, specifically Epic billing, preferred
- Ability to perform data analysis and interpretation related to hospital or physician accounts
