Key Responsibilities

• Manage queue and workload balancing for the Tax Data Specialist team
• Assist with escalation management and review of high-severity cases
• Provide training and support as a subject matter expert to team members

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of Payroll Tax experience
• Working knowledge of multistate tax jurisdiction
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with data analytics
