Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative II to manage billing and collections for patient accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve financial transactions to prevent revenue shortfalls and ensure timely collections
• Complete daily work assignments accurately and according to productivity standards
• Contact payers to facilitate resolution of accounts and educate patients on their financial responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a medical billing office or relevant experience
• Organizational skills
• Experience with insurance verification and patient demographics
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Familiarity with CPT-4 and ICD-10 coding
