Job Summary
A company is looking for a Credit & Collection Representative to manage collections and financial analysis for assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee collections of assigned portfolio account receivables to meet cash flow goals
- Investigate and resolve customer disputes and inquiries in a timely manner
- Coordinate collection issues with sales management and ensure customer account alignment
Required Qualifications
- Baccalaureate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
- Practical knowledge and demonstrated competence in the job area
- Experience in collections is preferred
- Familiarity with financial statement analysis
- Proficiency in SAP/FSCM and Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables
