Remote Multi-Client Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time US Multi-Client Controller, 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up services for new clients and coordinate a team of bookkeepers
• Supervise ongoing bookkeeping services and support bookkeepers as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor

Required Qualifications

• Experience in accounting for multiple companies, ideally in roles such as Controller or Senior Accountant
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and managing several clients simultaneously
• Degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
