Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Specialist III.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage charge capture, billing submission, and collection of account balances
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies and follow up with insurance companies on claims
• Provide exceptional customer service in response to patient billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferably in behavioral health
• Knowledge of insurance industry practices, including coding and claims management
• Ability to adapt to new technology and processes quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
