Job Summary

A company is looking for a full-time Sr. Payroll Administrator responsible for managing payroll tax compliance and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns and reports
  • Complete and review payroll tax audits to maintain compliance with regulations
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain organized payroll tax documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a payroll tax specialist or similar role
  • Intermediate understanding of payroll processes and multi-state tax compliance
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred
  • Minimum required: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven intermediate efficiency with Microsoft products, including Excel and Office 365
