Job Summary
A company is looking for a Rep 1, Credit & Collections- Backoffice.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison between internal and external customers regarding serviceability, credit inquiries, and collection topics
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to resolve extreme delinquencies and apply account credits accurately
- Process and schedule disconnects or payments on delinquent accounts while following company policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED (Required)
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
- Flexible schedule to work M-Sat between 8am - 8pm EST
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment
