Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Posting and Reconciliation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately posts all payment forms to patient accounts through various modes of transmission
• Reconciles electronic remits and automatically posted payments to bank deposit logs
• Identifies, researches, and resolves payments that are missing remit information

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in medical payment posting and reconciliation process in a business office/remote setting
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience required
• Understanding of healthcare management and patient accounts
• Associate degree highly preferred
• 5+ years of related experience required
