Actuarial Associate (ASA Required)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Solutions Actuarial Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop actuarial modeling for risk-sharing and value-aligned models
• Manage stop-loss and reinsurance strategy, including product design and partner management
• Advance high-cost claim strategies and support reporting on financial performance and pricing strategy

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, actuarial modeling, or financial strategy
• Within two years of achieving ASA credentials
• Strong command of healthcare data and value-based care economics
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL is a plus
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects with minimal oversight
