Provider Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Services Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve credit balances related to overpayment recoveries using provider-patient accounting systems
• Develop and manage provider relationships while conducting full recovery audits for clients
• Meet monthly production targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare billing, audit, collection, or accounts receivable preferred
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial reporting analysis and understanding of payer and patient remits
• Proficiency in basic math operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages
