Job Summary
A company is looking for a Chargeback Specialist responsible for managing chargebacks and dispute payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile open chargebacks and dispute payments on accounts receivable
- Analyze disputes to understand root causes and develop solutions to minimize future occurrences
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to maximize recovery and prevention of chargebacks
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of direct chargeback experience preferred
- Payments industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable functions preferred
- Experience working with merchant processors (e.g., WorldPay, PayPal)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables
