Accounts Receivable Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounts Receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the accounts receivable department, ensuring effective communication with insurance companies
• Conduct regular training and performance reviews for the AR team, implementing cross-functional training as needed
• Monitor department activities and report significant issues to leadership, while driving standardization of AR processes

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience and 2 years of management/supervisory experience preferred
• AAHAM and/or HFMA certification preferred
• Experience with offshore engagement and collaboration desired
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes and best practices
