Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly Canadian payroll for approximately 500 associates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review and verify time and attendance data, addressing discrepancies with managers
- Manage new hire setups, terminations, and first-pay payouts in the payroll system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll, with a focus on Canadian payroll processes
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now payroll system is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of Canadian payroll regulations, including holidays and benefits
- Ability to review and analyze payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
- Flexibility with work location, including initial on-site presence and potential remote work arrangements
