Billing Resolution Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Posting Resolution Representative - Meditech.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, prepare, and post daily receipts for hospital services while ensuring accuracy
• Research and resolve unclear receipts, and post payments and denials to appropriate accounts
• Maintain logs of daily receipts, contractual postings, and assist with backlog receipting projects

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of hospital payment posting experience, including experience with commercial payers
• Experience with EHR Meditech and familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 coding
• Experience in follow-up on aged claims, working denials, and filing claim appeals
• Strong computer skills and ability to communicate with various insurance payers
• Responsible use of confidential information and ability to multi-task
