Payroll Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst responsible for accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile multi-country payrolls, including expatriate and shadow payrolls
• Manage complex payroll components and serve as a primary contact for third-party payroll tax vendors
• Support payroll system updates and identify opportunities to streamline payroll operations

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-4 years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state or international environment
• Knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices
• 1-2 years full payroll cycle experience in Workday
• Proficiency in Excel for payroll calculations and reporting
