CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, validation, and analysis of consolidated financial results in accordance with US GAAP
• Oversee the execution of the annual global audit and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards
• Develop and maintain internal controls, ensuring balance sheet integrity and compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA required, MBA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in mid-size or public companies
• Demonstrated proficiency in US GAAP technical analysis
• Experience in global, multi-entity environments with multiple currencies
• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel; familiarity with financial reporting tools is a plus
