Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist II who will provide frontline billing-related service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound inquiries from clients regarding billing issues via phone and email
• Review and discuss contract terms, invoicing, and accounts receivable balances with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and document interactions in Salesforce

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle RMB is preferred
• Bachelor's degree and experience in the Auto Retailing industry are preferred
