Accounting Automation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Systems and Automation Lead (Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation initiatives within accounting operations and represent the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) in the overall automation strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate automation opportunities and drive process improvements
• Develop a Center of Excellence (COE) for Alteryx and establish best practices for automation technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in finance and accounting process automation
• Experience in functional/business process and data analysis within the Finance domain
• Familiarity with automation technologies, including Alteryx, UiPath, and Microsoft maker
• Experience in global business transformational projects/programs
