Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Financial Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of financial operations including invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
- Advise on and optimize QuickBooks processes while supporting financial analysis and operational projects
- Identify and implement process improvements and create SOPs to streamline financial tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of advanced QuickBooks Online experience
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- 5+ years managing accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, payroll, and reconciliations
- Familiarity with Divvy, Harvest, and Gusto is preferred
- Strong understanding of internal controls and financial compliance
