Key Responsibilities

• Execute invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Track accounts receivable and manage client billing inquiries
• Perform accounts payable duties and adhere to financial policies and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in accounting roles
• Knowledge of GAAP
• Proficiency with ERP software (e.g., Sage Intacct, Netsuite, Dynamics)
• Experience managing high work volume around month-end/period close
• Desire for continuous learning and process improvement
