Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to build and own the accounting function in a high-growth fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the accounting function from the ground up
• Oversee financial reporting, cash flow modeling, and presentations for the board and investors
• Implement and scale internal controls and processes in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in equipment finance or similar fields
• Hands-on expertise with ASC 842 and related accounting practices
• Experience leading audits and building internal controls
• Proven ability to manage financial reporting and cash flow modeling
• CPA or MBA preferred
